Break Down the Wall – Sermonspice Video

An inspiring contemporary twist on the 4 Spiritual Laws. Remember the chasm and the bridge? Well, here the chasm is symbolized by a brick wall with the words: pride, greed, arrogance, indifference, self and sin splashed and dripping in graffiti paint.  

The wall comes crashing down with full sound effects and catchy rock music freeing us up to communication with God. Images of rain and a flood refreshing a dry desert symbolize our dry souls becoming fertile ground.  We all crave contact and intimacy with God. This video doesn’t explain it all. The mini movie is meant to set the stage for a pastor’s explanation of the gospel and how to receive Christ’s redemption for our sins. The pastor gets to share the punch line of the great news!  The verses I included in the video are: I John 1:3, Romans 5:10, Isaiah 53, Psalms 14 and Romans 3.
